SKYLINE 100 KD

The Phoenix Skyline 100 KD weatherproof ventilation louvre is the typical plant room louvre screen to any area on a commercial or industrial building.  With clean crisp lines, this extruded aluminium ventilation louvre provides the optimum mix of water resistance and air infiltration.   For ease of building design and to tie in with other components, the Phoenix Skyline 100 KD louvre screen is manufactured to fit into standard 100mm (4-inch) deep commercial window suites. The extruded aluminium louvre blades have a standard spacing to allow 50% free air flow, however this can be easily customised to suit individual applications to allow more airflow or to further restrict water ingress.   The Phoenix Skyline 100 KD louvre can be installed either in completed panels or in knock down (KD) form.

SKYLINE CHEVRON

Our most popular louvre, the Phoenix Skyline Chevron provides the optimum blend of cost effectiveness, airflow, and water resistance.  While providing superior water resistance, this louvre allows for approximately 50% free area, with similar airflow characteristics to most single stage louvres on the market.  This product is usually assembled into 100mm deep frames, designed to tie in with standard commercial window and facade systems.  This can be easily adjusted to suit project requirements, if a different frame system is required.  As an extruded aluminium louvre, the Chevron is guaranteed rust free, and is suitable for anything from schools to oil rigs.  The majority of applications where a ventilation louvre is required will be best suited to use the Phoenix Skyline Chevron louvre because of its combination of airflow and water resistance.  The overlapping blades also completely inhibit view from the outside, providing an additional layer of security in high traffic situations.

SKYLINE 100 TS

The Phoenix Skyline 100 TS is a Two-stage louvre system that combines the Phoenix Skyline 100 KD with the Phoenix Skyline Chevron louvres, forming the most effective weather-resistant barrier on the market, suitable for cyclonic conditions. This two-stage multi-pass louvre is suitable for 200mm deep window frames, providing additional security with extra layers of louvre protection and the option to attach security mesh to the back of the panel.

SKYLINE 50

With the smallest and most discreet blades of any ventilation louvre system, the Phoenix Skyline 50 is perfectly suited for use as a weatherproof louvre for small openings, in doors or on residential projects.  The low profile blades can be easily inserted into standard aluminium doors or gate frames, allowing these louvres to easily be adapted for sliding, hinged or bifold applications.  Despite its slimline appearance, the Phoenix 50 still provides a high level of water protection while allowing significant airflow.  The blade spacing can be adjusted to suit individual project requirements depending on the level of protection required or airflow volume desired.

SKYLINE WEATHERWALL

The Phoenix Skyline Weatherwall is a perforated, folded louvre manufactured from sheet aluminium, steel or polycarbonate.  The continuous nature of the Phoenix Skyline Weatherwall makes this style ideal for concealing unsightly plant equipment from sight, while providing airflow, water resistance and integrated vermin protection.  When manufactured from polycarbonate panels, The Phoenix Skyline Weatherwall provides natural light as well as ventilation, all with a weatherproof installation.  The opaque (or “opal”) polycarbonate provides all of this while still acting as an effective visual screen, thus also providing much needed privacy from prying eyes.  Easily modified, the Phoenix Skyline Weatherwall can provide protection from water up to the equivalent of a two stage louvre, while occupying half of the space.  This makes it ideal for critical plant areas where space is at a premium.
